Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Christie Brinkley
Christie Brinkley has made it into a Wellness Wednesday post before, but I recently picked up the February issue of People magazine with her on the cover and I decided to do another post on her.
I mean hello she’s 60 and she looks amazing!
So what are her fitness rules?
She runs and does weights, and she does at least 10 minutes a day on her Total Gym machine.
Make it fun.
She loves doing yoga and SoulCycle.
When it doubt dance. She credits doing Chicago on Broadway for her great legs.
She likes to do leg lifts while brushing her teeth.
As for diet Christie is a vegetarian and her meals go something like this….
Coffee with Coconut Milk creamer.
Yogurt with fruit, wheat germ and anutra.
Lunch & Dinner:
She usually has some sort of beans and veggies for dinner.
And she recently discovered PurePrana shakes which is a tumeric drink that boosts energy.
For snacks Christie tends to snack on melon and walnuts and when she’s craving a sweet treat she drinks cold coconut water.
Hmmmm that PurePrana shake sounds interesting I may have to check that out.
