Jessica is in amazing shape!
So what’s her secret?
1. She enjoys the great outdoors.
You can find her walking her dog, biking, running, walking, hiking, etc.
2. She Practices Yoga.
A huge fan of yoga, she told Glamour, I like to do a couple of classes of yoga during the week, mixed in with weight training sessions, which are for strength,” says Biel. “Actually the yoga class is less about strength and more about stretching and elongating, so I can have the combo.”
3. She Eats Healthy and Watches What she drinks.
She avoids alcohol, drinks lots of water and according to Elle magazine to stay on track with her regimen while home in Los Angeles, Biel frequents places like Real Food Daily, a restaurant that specializes in organic vegan cuisine. ” M Café is also great—it has a lot of macrobiotic options,” she says. “But you can find healthy food pretty much anywhere. I do a lot of cooking at home using grains and vegetables.”
4. She gives herself a cheat day.
While Jessica eats well often she allows herself one cheat day during the week where she can eat whatever she wants.
I need to add more yoga to my life.
I used to do it a couple of days a week myself now its more like a couple of days a month lol.
