I hate doing another bad review since the last one I did was bad, but hey a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.

My Thoughts:
I hate to be harsh, but this eyeliner is terrible.
First of all as you can sorta see in the image above the eyeliner I bought came all dried out. See the white spot? It was actually worse when I first opened it, but I sorta massaged it around until it soaked up more liner.
Second of all I purchased the black and just look at it. That’s after two swipes of liner!!
I don’t know about you, but it looks more brownish/black to me and the pigmentation is just awful.
Third it wasn’t smudge proof. It smudged and faded very quickly after only a short amount of time.
And last but not least it flaked like crazy. I looked down at one point and had black specks everywhere.
I don’t know if I just got a bad batch or what, but I’m very disappointed in this liner.
I would recommend you pass on this product and pick up a great liquid liner like L’Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner. It’s only a dollar more at Walmart and one of the best drugstore liners out there in my opinion.
I’ll leave on a positive note now and say this was the worst flower product I tried so look for better reviews ahead.

Whoa, that swatch is pathetic! I have ELFs liquid liner and it actually works pretty great and I have never seen a swatch so sad hehe..Thanks for being honest, don’t be another beauty blogger that loves everything hehe

It’s so upsetting when a product does nothing it claims. I’m hoping I just got a bad one though and they aren’t all like this. I mean surely that has to be the case right?
The rest of the flower collection is much better though so look for better reviews soon

I had a similar experience with the same liner, HOWEVER.. mine was sooo dry that I literally had to soak it in water. After I did, the liner worked PRETTY well. It was more saturated and the pigmentation got better as well.

I actually tried that last night and it did help a little, but not much.
