How Carrie Underwood stays in shape

The always lovely Carrie Underwood shared her diet and fitness secrets with Self magazine recently. On exercise she told the magazine “I try to exercise as much as possible. I work out at home four or five times a week. I do the elliptical in the morning. I do arm weights, but I have the body type that if I do too much, I’ll get big.”

On diet she says “I stopped eating beef at 13 and stopped eating all meat a few years ago. I would feel guilty that what was on my plate was walking around yesterday. Either I could live with that or stop eating meat I chose the latter, and I’m happier for it.”
