Huda Beauty Rose Gold Remastered Palette Review & Swatches

It was about a year ago when I picked up the original Huda Beauty Rose Gold Palette and while that palette got a lot of hate I myself really enjoyed it.

So when I heard the palette was coming out again, but this time remastered I stayed up until 3 am on launch day to order it.

Was it worth it?

Is it better than the original?

Do you need both?

Let’s discuss….

First off can we just talk about how gorgeous Huda is on the cover of the palette?

I mean seriously.

This set contains:
Р8 x Matte Eyeshadows in Risqu̩, Doll Face, Demure, Suede, Coco, Maneater, Henna, Sandalwood
– 8 x Melted Metal Eyeshadows in Dubai, Fling, Trust fund, Rose Gold, Pink Diamond, 24k, #Blessed, Bubbly
– Dry & Wet Eyeshadow in Black Truffle
– Pressed Pearls Eyeshadow in Moon Dust

Swatches of some of the more shimmery shades

This palette does contain some of the same shadows as the original, but the new formula is completely different giving you a totally different look.

So if you’re a fan of the original then you may still want to pick this one up.

For the people who didn’t like having to use your fingers to apply the shimmers in the original palette, you may want to pass on this one though.

As I find you have to do that with the remastered palette as well.

I, personally don’t mind that at all and usually find myself doing that with most palettes anyway.

I only mention it because I know it really bugs some people.

So that’s it.

I personally love remastered even more than the original and highly recommend you picking it up if you love a good warm/pink/gold shadow palette.

Huda Beauty Rose Gold Remastered Retails for $65.00 and is available on now.

Were you a fan of the Rose Gold Palette?

Have you tried Remastered?
