Facial Cupping: Does it work?

Have you heard of facial cupping?

Cupping has been making headlines for a while now with stars like Michael Phelps swearing by it.

In 2016 he attributed the round, purple bruises on his back to the alternative medicine practice.

Now, celebrities like Kate Beckinsale and Kim Kardashian are getting the skin-suctioning therapy on a new part of their bodies: their faces.

Being the skincare obsessed person I am, mixed with the fact that some of the worlds most beautiful women swear by it, I knew I had to try it.

So after watching this video posted by Crazy Beautiful Makeup recently I jumped on Amazon and ordered my own facial cupping set immediately.

I’ve added the video here and I suggest you watch it yourself to learn more about cupping benefits, usage, techniques, etc.

What are the benefits of facial cupping?

Facial cupping has been said to increase blood flow and circulation to help improve collagen production for tighter looking skin and the reduced appearance of wrinkles.

So does facial cupping work?

The benefits I’ve experienced have been amazing.

Immediately after cupping my skin looks like I’ve just had a facial.

I have that Supermodel glow and look years younger.

It also helps with depuffing and the size of your pores.

I’ve read that for beginners, you should start it out for five to ten minutes, two to three times a week and then see what works for you.

I did that in the beginning, now I do it for about five to ten minutes, five days a week or whenever I remember.

I paid $12.99 for the set pictured, but it appears at the moment the set has sold out.

There are plenty of other options on Amazon though so just type in facial cupping set and read the reviews that would be my best advice.
