Huda Beauty Rose Gold Edition Eye Shadow Palette Review

For you hardcore makeup junkies out there I know what you’re thinking.

The Rose Gold palette?

That’s such old news, but let me explain.

I wanted this palette when it first came out, but it was always sold out.

Then, after hearing bad review after bad review, I finally talked myself out of it and went with the ABH Modern Renassiance palette instead.

I love that palette, but I would be lying if I said I didn’t have regrets about not picking up the Huda palette as well.

But it was LE and sold out so what was a girl to do?

I learned to live without it as hard as it was šŸ™‚

Fast forward to a week or so ago when I was on Sephora.com and noticed the palette was back in stock.

I decided that’s it I have to pick it up and that’s what I did.

The palette contains 18 highly pigmented mattes, chrome pressed pearls, and 3D metal shadows.

So was it worth the $65.00 price tag?

You bet ya!

I have no idea where the bad reviews are coming from as it’s one of my favorite palettes to date.

The 3D metal shades are just gorgeous and everytime I wear them I end up getting loads of compliments.

For maximum payoff I’ve found it best if you use your finger to apply the creamy metals.

Do not apply with an eyeshadow brush.

Truly a must have palette for anyone who loves warm/rose gold shadows.

I can’t say enough amazing things about it to be honest.

Highly recommend.

Keep an eye on Sephora.com as I’ve seen it go in and out of stock a few times lately.

Best,

Leigh
