Quick and Easy Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Today I wanted to share with you a current obsession of mine and that’s smoothie bowls.

Smoothie bowls are easy to make and so yummy.

You can eat them anytime of day, but I prefer having them for breakfast or as a healthier sweet treat.

So what do you need to create these yummy bowls?

Only about 5 minutes and a handful of items.

Simple enough right?

Now onto the steps.

1. Open a bag of frozen fruit. Place fruit with your choice of liquid (oj, water, etc) into the blender and then just blend the fruit until it’s almost drinkable.

2. Next pour blended fruits into a bowl.

3. Top with granola, nuts, coconut flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds, more fruit or anything else you like.

4. Eat.

So easy and delicious.

My favorite at the moment is the one pictured which is just sliced strawberries, cherries, pomegranate seeds, blueberries and raspberries blended.

I then just top that with an organic granola I picked up at Whole Foods, chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts and fresh cherries.
