Wellness Wednesday: A few of my favorite things.
Hope you’re all doing well.
Today I wanted to tell you about a few of my favorite things.
They’re all somewhat health/fitness/exercise related so I thought I’d share them all in one post so here they are….
As most of you know I’m a major health nut so I’m always on the lookout for a natural deodorant that works.
I’ve found a few that I liked a lot, but they’re either hard to find or super expensive.
That was until I found a new favorite called Herban Cowboy.
Not only is it cheap (around $6.00), but you can also buy it at Walgreens, Vitacost and Amazon just to name a few.
Herban Cowboy not only works just as well as any other deodorant that I’ve ever tried but it’s also Paraben, Propylene Glycol, Aluminum, Alcohol, and Triclosan free.
If you’re curious about trying out a more natural deodorant give it a try I really think you’ll like it.
I have to thank my lovely Swedish friends for this recent discovery.
Kickstart is a Swedish reality type show about fitness/fashion/model bloggers.
The girls are all gorgeous and I love watching the workouts they come up with as well as the food they eat.
Let’s just say it’s like the Real World only with gorgeous bloggers haha.
Oh and for those of you who don’t speak a word of Swedish (like myself) no problem it has English subtitles and one of the girls named Sara actually speaks English so it’s still easy to watch.
If you’re interested in watching the show yourself go to www.tv3play.se/program/kickstart
Check it out and let me know what you think!
I’ve reviewed Batiste on the site before (check out that review here) and as you all know I’m a huge fan!
It’s seriously my favorite dry shampoo out there at the moment.
Not only is it perfect for throwing in your gym bag, but the new cherry scent is pretty much amazing as well.
Pick it up next time you’re on the hunt for an amazing dry shampoo.
I think you’ll love it!
4. Sea Buck Wonders Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil $15.97.
Sea buckthorn oil is said to be loaded with tons of vitamins and essential fatty acids making it a wonderful addition to your beauty routine.
This one from Sea Buck Wonders can be taken internally as a supplement or applied topically.
I actually take it as a supplement and use it topically and I love it!
My skin looks and feels so much better and dare I say more youthful since I started using this product.
Not only that but according to Sea Buck Wonders website it’s a superior Omega 7 Source over Fish and Macadamia Nuts which is great since I’m vegan and always looking for great vegan Omega sources.
So that’s it 4 of my favorite health/fitness/gym related things at the moment.
What products are you loving?
P.S. I was sent the Batiste Dry Shampoo in Cherry for review consideration, but I’ve bought Batiste numerous times with my own money as well so the post is 100% my honest opinion. I really do love it haha.
