How to drink Apple Cider Vinegar and actually enjoy it!

You’ve heard about the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar by now right?

If not some of the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar are said to be….

It clears your skin.

It aids in weight loss.

It helps to maintain healthy pH levels.

It works as a detox and the list goes on and on.

Kimberly Snyder calls its one of the 12 Super Foods for a Healthier Lifestyle and Tosca Reno loves it as well and uses it to help her get more defined abs.

Lets just say if it’s good enough for those two it’s good enough for me haha.

I’ve actually been drinking two TBS of ACV a day straight for years now, but it’s disgusting so when my sister shared this recipe with me I tried it and was hooked.

I think you’ll be hooked once you try it as well!

How to drink Apple Cider Vinegar and actually enjoy it!

So how do you make it?

All you need is:

1 (2 if you like it more sour) TBS of fresh lime juice or concentrate.
2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother.
3-4 Packets of Stevia.

Then just put everything in a quart container add water and ice to your liking and viola!

A yummy limeade that not only tastes yummy, but is also good for you.
