Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Stacy Keibler
It’s Wednesday which means it’s time for another Wellness Wednesday post.
Today I wanted to do a post on Stacy Keibler.
For those who don’t know Stacy is an American actress, model, and former professional wrestler.
Stacy and I are the same age, but that is where the similarities end unfortunately hahaha.
Rumour has it she’s 5’11 and weights in at 130 pounds and that she’s very conscious of what she eats.
Stacy tries to eat organic foods as much as possible, but just like everyone allows herself the occasional cheat days.
She also says she gets bored with workouts quickly (like myself) so she loves to mix it up often.
Some of the workouts she enjoys the most are things like going on a hike, running stairs, anything outdoorsy, Barry’s Bootcamp, Soul Cycle and Pilates.
Self Magazine actually has an example of a 18 minute workout of Stacy’s here if you’re interested.
I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m always on the lookout for fun new workouts because as I mention all the time I get bored easily so I may try it out tomorrow.
