Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Heidi Klum
Heidi Klum graces the cover of the March Women’s Health magazine and I have to say she looks amazing as always!
Maybe 40 really is the new 20?
I sure hope so because that makes me 14 and I’m ok with that hahahaha.
So how does Heidi stay in such amazing shape?
Well let’s see….
She tells Women’s Health that she always starts the day off with a fruit and veggie smoothie and she also says she tries to watch her carbs and only splurge when it’s worth it.
Her splurge of choice?
Truffle pizza or Truffle pasta.
As for workouts she says she no longer sticks to a plan.
So instead of hitting the gym she tries to make family time double as exercise.
Walking the dogs, riding her bike and jumping on the trampoline are just a few examples.
I have to say I really like that idea, because I get bored with workouts so easily and gyms *YAWN*!
Maybe I should try to incorporate more family time with the husband into exercise?
Hmmm we’ll see how it goes.
