Wellness Wednesday: Yoga and Healthy Eating Goals

Hope you’re having an amazing week so far.
Today I wanted to talk about fitness goals.
With Thanksgiving and Christmas practically right around the corner I felt like it was time I set some health goals for myself to help keep me inspired and on track this holiday season and I figured what better way to stay on track than to share my goals with the World Wide Web lol!
So here they are….
My first goal is to do yoga 3 times a week.
This one should be easy since I love yoga, but it seems like I’m always too busy to stop and allow myself the “quiet time” I need to actually do it.
Thankfully I recently came across Sarah Beth Yoga on youtube and I’m loving her videos.
She’s very inspiring and it’s always good to find new videos, images, etc to help keep you inspired right?
So far this week I just need one more yoga session to hit my goal so fingers crossed I stick to it.
And my second goal is to eat at least one salad a day.
Again something you would think a vegan would be doing already and I used too, but I’ve just gotten into a rut lately and I have to get back on track.
Great reminder huh?
So that’s it.
Nothing too complicated, but both great goals right?
I’ll keep you updated on my progress.
