I have a confession to make.

I’m one of those annoying people addicted to their phones haha.

I wish I were kidding, but I’m not I practically live on it.

That’s good news for you guys though because that means I have loads of great app suggestions for you haha.

Today I wanted to share with you Five Free Fitness Apps Worth Downloading, but one of these days I’ll have to share other great apps not related to weight loss like Candy Crush.

If you have no idea what Candy Crush is all I’m saying is once you download it you can’t stop playing it and chocolate will never be the same to you again hahaha.

1. Charity Miles

It’s as easy as this: pick your favorite charity from the list and then get moving.

Bikers earn 10¢ a mile and walkers and runners earn 25¢ a mile all which gets donated to the charity you choose.

You can do good for both yourself and others with this charity app.

I love it!

2. RunKeeper

The RunKeeper mobile running app lets you track your workout performance over time, while connecting with your friends to make your workouts social.

3. MyFitnessPal

Track your food and exercise on the go with this awesome free app.

4. LoseIt

Lose It! is designed with one goal – to help you lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way.

A simple, easy-to-use program that helps you stay in your calorie budget.

A great app for those looking to keep track of calories, etc.

5. Moves

Moves automatically records any walking, cycling, and running you do.

You can view the distance, duration, steps, and calories* burned for each activity.

The activity tracker is always on, so there’s no need to start and stop it.

Just keep your phone in your pocket or your bag.

I know with the holidays coming up it’s easy to let your health and fitness goals slide, but these apps are a great way to stay on track.
