I have a confession to make.
I’m one of those annoying people addicted to their phones haha.
I wish I were kidding, but I’m not I practically live on it.
That’s good news for you guys though because that means I have loads of great app suggestions for you haha.
Today I wanted to share with you Five Free Fitness Apps Worth Downloading, but one of these days I’ll have to share other great apps not related to weight loss like Candy Crush.
If you have no idea what Candy Crush is all I’m saying is once you download it you can’t stop playing it and chocolate will never be the same to you again hahaha.

A great app for those looking to keep track of calories, etc.

The activity tracker is always on, so there’s no need to start and stop it.
Just keep your phone in your pocket or your bag.
I know with the holidays coming up it’s easy to let your health and fitness goals slide, but these apps are a great way to stay on track.
