Wellness Wednesday: A little bit of this and a little bit of that
Today’s Wellness Wednesday is completely random and may be all over the place so I apologize in advance haha.
First can I just mention how excited I was to find these vegan Amy’s meals at Target last night?
My closest Whole Foods is about 45 minutes away so to be able to find vegan convenience foods at Target is very helpful.
Obviously a healthy diet doesn’t contain tons of convenience foods, but everyone deserves a treat now and then right?
A word of warning though the Mac N Cheese is so delicious it can totally become addicting and before you know it days have passed and you haven’t eaten much else.
I’m not saying that’s happened to me in the past I’m just saying that it could happen *wink*.
Wow… how do I segway from eating nothing but Mac N Cheese for days (again not that I’ve done that haha) to living a healthy lifestyle ?
I’ll just ask have you heard of the website Thrive Forward?
Thrive Forward is a FREE, personalized online program to help transform your health through plant-based nutrition.
Once registered, you’ll be able to:
Learn from experts on how to eat, train and cook to promote optimal health
Explore video lessons relevant to you—be it energy, sleep, body composition, strength and endurance training, easy ways to prepare plant-based meals at home, or even how to eat more sustainably
Dive into recipes, meal plans and a wealth of supplemental materials
Even if you’re not interested in becoming vegetarian or vegan you could still benefit from the site because we should all be eating tons of fruits and veggies right?
I just signed up the other day and so far I’m loving it.
Here’s a quick video on the Thrive Forward program.
Let me know if you sign up I’d love to hear about your progress.
Another Target find (can you tell I love me some TarJay) from last night.
I’ve tried liquid stevia in the past and loved it so I hope this one is just as good.
Don’t you just love my new kicks?
I was recently sent a pair of Skechers Sketch-Air sneakers for review and I just love them!
I’ll have a full review on them soon so keep an eye out for that.
And lastly I’ll leave you with some words of wisdom.
I always like to say I don’t have time to work out, but I just need to MAKE THE TIME!
We all have the same amount of hours in the day and I just need to get better about prioritizing mine.
Hope you all have a wonderful rest of the week!
