Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Sheridyn Fisher
For today’s Wellness Wednesday Fitspiration post I want to talk about Sheridyn Fisher.
Sheridyn is a model, actress and swimsuit designer from Australia.
Oh and did I mention she’s also drop dead gorgeous?
So how does a fitness model like Sheridyn stay in such amazing shape?

Let’s just say that she eats a heck of a lot healthier than this vegan does and it shows haha.
As for exercise her training schedule very much reflects her love for the outdoors and consist of riding her mountain bike both on and off road, kickboxing and boxing, circuit training, cross-fit, TRX, Marathon Training, running and playing soccer.
Sheridyn is proof that working out and eating right are the best ways to lose weight and look great.
She’s a real fitspiration for sure.
