Vegan Weekend Grocery Haul
One of the questions I get asked the most as a vegan is what do you eat?
So as I was putting my groceries away over the weekend I thought a grocery post haul would be fun to do for Wellness Wednesday and here it is.
I hope you enjoy as I know I love seeing these types of posts from others.
1. Nature’s Way Coconut Oil
I’m obsessed with Coconut Oil and I use it for everything!
I cook with it, use it as a body lotion, make deodorant with it and even use it for oil pulling just to name a few.
I should really do a post on all the ways to use Coconut Oil, because there are tons.
2. Peanut Butter Co White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter
The Peanut Butter Co people have the best peanut butter out there and the white chocolate wonderful flavor is amazing!
3. Vita Coco Kids Very Cherry Beach Coconut Water
These are delicious and super convenient for anyone on the go and even though it says kids in the name it’s perfectly fine for us “big kids” as well haha.
4. Stevia in the Raw
Stevia in the Raw is my sweetener of choice and I always keep packets with me so I’m never without it.
5. Tazo Vanilla Rooibos Tea
I’m obsessed with tea and this is one of my favorites. I usually enjoy a good cup of Rooibos before bed, because it’s caffeine free.
6. Nutritional Yeast aka Nooch
Nutritional Yeast is said to have lots of health benefits like being high in B12, Folic Acid and Protein, but the best part is it has a “cheesy” taste that I just love.
Try topping your popcorn with it. Yummy!
7. Trader Joes Chia Seeds
Chia Seeds are High in Omega 3s and I usually end up throwing some on top of a salad.
8. Simply Balanced Quinoa
I love Quinoa, but it always seems to take forever to cook so these pre cooked bags are the perfect solution for those days I don’t feel like cooking.
9. Yum Earth Organics Organic Pops
These are delicious and the perfect little thing to grab when your sweet tooth starts acting up.
10. Bobs Red Mill Flaxseed Mill
Full of Omega 3s I like to use this to cook with and as an egg re placer in recipes calling for egg.
11. Bobs Red Mill Flaxseed
Full of Omega 3s as well I like to add these to salads.
12. Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
Almond milk is my milk of choice and I always go with unsweetened.
I also bought lots of fruits and veggies, but they were put away before I got a chance to photograph them.
I hope you enjoyed the post.
If you have any questions about anything I mentioned feel free to ask.
