Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Emily Deschanel
Happy Wednesday Ladies!

Today’s Fitspiration is Emily Deschanel.
I don’t know about you, but I just adore her and her sister Zooey.
I mean they’re just the cutest and they seem like they’d be a lot of fun to hang out with.
Don’t ya think?
I may do a post on Zooey one day, but today I wanted to focus on Emily because she seems to be the bigger health nut of the two.
So what are her diet and fitness secrets?
Emily has been on a vegetarian diet for 15 years and a vegan for much of those.
As far as fitness goes, her workout consists mainly of weightlifting at least three times a week and running on the treadmill daily.
She also says that she tried Yoga once with her sister Zooey, but could never find the time for it.
“I did Yoga, but I got busy and didn’t have time anymore.” Emily says. “So now here I am. But it’s okay, I realized you can become healthy by eating well and having regular exercise, it doesn’t even matter what exercise you’re doing.”
And now that Emily is a momma to 22 month old Henry I bet she has even less time for those yoga classes, but regardless she looks wonderful and I love her dedication to a healthy lifestyle.
