Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Elizabeth Banks

Before receiving my September issue of Women’s Health Magazine I’d never really thought of Elizabeth Banks as a fitspiration.

That changed though shortly after reading the magazine and I knew I had to do a post on the 39 year old mother of 2.


This is a women years older than myself and a mother of 2!??

I really feel like a slacker now hahaha.


Hello flat stomach!


Wish I looked that good before/after a workout haha.

So what’s her secret?

Elizabeth say’s shes a healthy eater who’s thankfully blessed with a fast metabolism.

But if she’s trying to get in shape for a film she stops eating things that are white.

“It’s essentially a gluten-free diet: no rice, no bread, no pasta,” She says.

I’ll eat tons of protein and veggie. Also, I just drink water and tea…and alcohol.”

She also works out with a trainer who she’s been seeing for the past 5 years.

Oh and she says her inspiration for staying fit is to keep up with her children.

Now if you’ll excuse me I have to go workout….no really I want to look like that when I’m 39..or 38..36..34.. ok so I want to look like that now haha.
