Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Josie Maran
I’ve mentioned it before and I’m sure I’ll mention it again but I adore Josie Maran.
Not only is she drop dead gorgeous, but I love her dedication to natural living.
Oh and what about her makeup line?
It’s pretty much the bomb diggity.
(Yes, I just used the word bomb diggity so now you all know just how big of a nerd I really am hahaha.)
So how does she stay in shape?
Josie does yoga daily, likes to walk places instead of drive and follows a strength-training program called the Fluidity Method.
When it comes to food she has said that she’s not a vegetarian, but she does try to limit the amount of meat that she eats. When she does eat meat, she always makes sure to buy organic to ensure that her family isn’t consuming added chemicals.
She’s an amazing woman and one I aspire to be more like.
