Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Jenna Dewan-Tatum
Todays Celebrity Fitspiration is none other than the extremely lucky Mrs. Channing Tatum….cough….I mean Jenna Dewan-Tatum.
I’ve always liked Jenna, but when I found out that she had just given birth like 2 months ago and that she’s already back into amazing shape I knew I had to do a post on her.
A true fitspiration for sure.
So how does she stay in such great shape?
For Jenna health & fitness is a lifestyle.
As you can tell by looking at some of the images above Jenna likes to walk her dogs, hike, run, dance and do pilates.
Jenna also worked out every day right up until she gave birth and says staying active along with breastfeeding made the pounds melt right off after childbirth.
As for diet Jenna is a fellow vegan.
As an animal lover Jenna is a long time vegetarian but turned vegan in 2010.
“I truly feel so much better vegan” says Jenna.
She has also said that turning vegan makes her more beautiful: “I feel like a different person. There’s a big difference in my energy level, my skin cleared up, I could not believe the change.”
Whatever she’s doing it’s working because Jenna looks amazing!
