Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Britney Spears
Any Britney fans out there?
I loved her back in the day….then things turned bad for her and she sorta disappeared.
Luckily, with a new album in the works and a hot new Vegas show on the books, it seems like Britney’s back and better than ever!
So how did she get back into such great shape?
She recently told Shape magazine..
“I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio—hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez,”. “The [Vegas] performances won’t be simple—they’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.”
As for diet Britney follows the Nutrisystem program which includes a shake for breakfast and lunch plus a dinner of protein and veggies.
I’m not a huge fan of programs like Nutrisystem, but I love that she does yoga to stay in shape as it’s something that I love as well.
Looks like Britney has done it again and she looks amazing!
