Wellness Wednesday: Celebrity Fitspiration Gwyneth Paltrow
Today’s Wellness Wednesday Celebrity Fitspiration is none other than People Magazine’s Most Beautiful Women this year, Gwyneth Paltrow.
I know some people love to hate her, but I personally like her.
Some things we can learn from Gwyneth are:
1. Always make time to exercise. Gwyneth has said that she works out an hour and a half 5 days a week no matter what.
2. Find something you enjoy and stick with it. Gwyneth is a fan of the Tracy Anderson Method and works out with her often.
3. But don’t be afraid to mix it up. Gwyneth Paltrow also runs and does yoga so don’t get stuck doing the same old thing day in and day out.
4. Eat well and try to avoid overly processed foods. Gwyneth like most women (including myself) seems to have tried every diet on the planet, but we all know that the key to weight loss isn’t a diet at all! Eating well is the best way to lose weight and keep it off long term.
Gwyneth recently posted this 15 minute workout video by her trainer, Tracy Anderson, on pinterest and boy does it work!
It may look like a quick and easy workout, but let me assure you it’s not.
You’ll definitely feel it the next day.
After doing this workout I really want to pick up some of Tracy’s DVDs.
