Squid Balm Shampoo, Lotion and Soap Review

Today I’m doing a review on Squid Balm Shampoo, Lotion and soap bar.

First a little info on Squid Balm.

Squid Balm products are all nut-free, vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, gluten-free and phthalate-free. They use organic and wildcrafted oils & butters whenever possible as well as unrefined oils when possible as they retain all their natural nutrient content.

Sounds good to me.

So what did I think of the products?

Squid Balm Solid Lotion Bar in Coconut Peach $12.00 for 1oz round bar with tin

This stuff is amazing! I love the Coconut Peach scent it’s yummy without being overpowering. I also love the fact that I’m not rubbing harmful chemicals on my skin since this lotion bar is Preservative-free, Paraben-free and Phthalate-free!

When you first rub this on your skin it feels a little oily, but don’t freak out within minutes the oiliness is gone and your skin feels nice and soft. I will be picking up more of these for sure.

Squid Squeak Solid Shampoo Bar in Coconut Peach 4 oz for $7.00

If you’ve ever used a shampoo bar before you know it can leave your hair drier and less shiny than other shampoos and the same goes for this one. The remedy for that though was just a little conditioner. I liked it, but probably not enough to re buy it.

Squid Balm Handcrafted Soap in Peach Flan $8.00

This soap is my favorite! Again I’m a huge fan of the smell and the fact that it’s made without harmful chemicals. I also love that it cleans without drying out my skin. I highly recommend these and will be repurchasing.

Overall, I would say If you’re a fan of Lush and similar brands you’ll love these products as they are very similar.

Have you ever tried Squid Balm products?
