Is it just me or does Denise Austin not age a bit? I’ve been buying her videos for over a decade and she still looks exactly the same. Maybe she’s found a fountain of youth in fitness who knows. Anyway, I picked up this DVD recently and had to let you know about it.

This dvd is so much fun. A lot of yoga dvd’s take a lot of time to complete and truth be told I get bored with them. This one is fast paced and you really feel like you got a workout afterward. I like to do the 20 minute Yoga Burn section when I’m in a hurry and want to get in a quick workout. On days when I have more time or want a harder workout I’ll add on legs and abs for a 40 minute yoga session. And Yoga relax is great to do right before bed to calm you down and help you to relax. I highly recommend this dvd. It’s great for newbies as well as more experienced yogis.
