Who doesn’t love strawberries? They’re delicious and make a wonderful treat. With summer right around the corner I decided to share one of my favorite recipes with you for a Healthy Strawberry Shake.
A cup or so of Almond Milk (or soy or cow’s milk if you prefer)
6-10 frozen strawberries (or fresh strawberries and a cup of ice)
Agave Nectar to sweeten (or stevia or sugar if you prefer)
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until the perfect consistency. There you have it a healthy summer treat. Enjoy.
