I’ve done a lot of DVD yoga workouts in my life and this is one of the best. Bob walks you through each pose making it easy for even a newbie to catch on quickly. He also has a way of motivating you that I’ve never seen in other yoga videos. It almost seems like he’s right there with you in your living room (a girl can dream right?) and talking directly to you.
And it’s an amazing workout as well. I love the interactive menu’s which let’s you choose between level 1,2,3 or all of them. It’s one of my favorite DVDs to date.
