A Yummy Protein Shake/Smoothie Recipe

Are you looking for a yummy, healthy snack for post workout? If your answer is yes, then boy do I have a delicious recipe for you. I’m in love with making Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Shakes this summer. They contain around 140 calories and 21 grams of protein. If you make one yourself please let me know because I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Shake

  • 1 scoop chocolate flavor whey protein powder(I use GNC)
  • 1 teaspoon creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces soy milk
  • a few ice cubes
  • Toss it all in the blender until you reach desired consistency. Then if you want to make it extra yummy drizzle a tiny amount of chocolate syrup on top, drink and enjoy!
