I purchased this video recently, because I needed a break from my Workout Dvd (which I still love btw). I was also drawn in, because of the promise of losing 20 pounds in 30 days.
All I can say is this video is HARD! It has three levels 1-2-3 and each level is 20 minutes long. You start on level one and as you get stronger work your way up to level three. I got the bright idea to start on level three, since I’ve been working out for awhile, and boy was that a stupid thing to do!! This video is hardcore! I hurt in places I’ve never hurt before. I’m now on day 11 and have actually gained a few pounds. I read somewhere that you’ll usually gain at first because of water weight though, so I’m not very worried.
Even though I haven’t lost any weight, I can already see a huge difference in my body. I’ve also gained a lot of strength. I used to be one of those girls who couldn’t even do girl style push ups, but now I can no problem. That’s great progress in 11 days don’t you think? I plan to continue doing this Dvd for 30 days and will report back at the end to let you know my progress. Have you tried this Dvd? What were your thoughts?
