Losing weight and feeling great

An update:

I have been working out with Jackie Warner’s Workout DVD for three weeks now and have lost a total of six pounds. I’m very pleased with that progress because that equals about two pounds a week which is what I’m aiming for. The best part is that I only do the video three times a week for an hour each time and that’s it. If I decide I want to do something on the other days I do but I make myself no matter what set aside those three hours a week to do the workout. I have another 15 or so pounds I’d like to lose by the end of August so we’ll see how that goes but I’m very excited by my progress at the moment. For those of you who bought the video what has been your progress? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

P.S. Please stop leaving negative comments for/about Jackie Warner. I purchased the video long before I knew she made certain comments. I already own the DVD so I plan to continue to use it. Will I buy anything else from her in the future? I don’t know I’ll have to do more research, but again I already own this one and it works so I plan to use it. Thanks for understanding.
