Fergie’s diet and fitness plan

Recently Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson shared her diet and fitness secrets with People magazine. Here are a few of them:

1. She drinks vinegar! Ick. It sounds terrible to me, but twice a day, after lunch and then again after dinner,Fergie swallows 2 tbsps. of raw apple cider vinegar. Vinegar is thought to help you stay healthy and lose weight.

2. A typical workout for her involves running 2 or 3 miles,crunches, lunges, and some light weight work. She does this four times a week for an hour.

3. Her favorite low cal snack is a Chocolate Banana Treat. Take low fat yogurt mixed with Splenda,diet cocoa mix and bananas. Viola. Yummy low calorie treat.
